This roof covering was suffering from premature failure due to a defective product. The porous

nature of the roof covering had resulted in heavy frost attack and a shaled surface.

Our work involved:

• Assessing the extent of the failure and diagnosing the defect

• Preparing a Specification of Work for the new roof covering

• Placing the contract with a suitably qualified contractor

• Overseeing the works through to completion
